This notice covers the public Aureon website and the governed sandbox applications. It is an informational draft and has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
What we collect
The marketing website does not require an account and is designed to minimize data collection. The inquiry form composes an email in your own client and does not transmit data to our servers. Operator and wallet applications collect only what is needed to provide the governed service, under role-based access and tenant isolation.
How we use it
Operational data is used to deliver and secure the service, record audit evidence, and improve reliability. Regulated personal data in governed workflows is access-controlled and, where applicable, encrypted.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it except as required to operate the service or comply with law. There are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can decline non-essential cookies where presented and request information about data held in a governed engagement through your Aureon contact.
Changes
This draft will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed policy before any production launch. Production use is not currently authorized.
